MISSION
STATEMENT
The primary mission of the Office of the Public Defender is to carry
out the mandate of Public Law 15-97, Sections 4.0320 through 4.0321, ASCA.
The Office of the Public Defender is vested with the responsibilities of
representing indigent defendants in criminal, traffic, and/or juvenile as
determined by the court.
The Office of the Public Defender is
staffed with three attorneys including the Public Defender, and four
supporting staff. |
